4 oz. taster. Draft at the original location. Lightly hazy gold, nice lacing and head. Aroma is nice, orange peel, mild Belgian yeast, coriander seed. Flavor is as it should be... Honestly, very simple but extremely easy to drink. Perfect example of the style.

16 oz plastic glass draft at the Nebraska Brewing Company Brewery and Taproom in La Vista, Nebraska. There was a charity event going on that I participated in, it seems that proper glassware is the norm here. The pour is a hazy yellow with a well formed one inch pure white head. The aroma is Wit yeast, soft apple pear fruit, bit of lemon citrus and a soft funk. The taste is the pleasant clove wit, touch of spice, the fruit pear sweetness and the finish is drying Brett type funk. I don’t believe this beer intentionally has Brett, but it certainly seems present. The palate is light to medium bodied, unfiltered mouth fell, soft carbonation and the dry mineral Brett finish. Tasty and easy drinking.

Draft. A- Banana, wheat, citrus. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Soap, lemon, cleaner, jelly beans. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, chemical finish. P- The waitress put a nasty looking orange slice on here, which I immediately took off. Now I see why, the grungy orange slice could have only helped it. No spice in here and lots of cleaner and chemical notes. Very let down as I really was looking forward to it.

Tap @ Crescent Moon. Cloudy, light banana yellow appearance with a small, white head. Coriander, moderately spicy, orange peel, yeasty, witbier aroma. Slightly spicy, orange peel, coriander, easy drinking witbier. Carbonation seems a bit low, though I could be wrong. Pretty good witbier. Refreshing.

Sampled on draft at the Headkeeper this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head that left no lacing. The aroma was lemon, pepper, dryish and a touch musty. The flavor was dry lemon, pepper and touches of must and coriander. The finish was tart lemon and must. Light body. Very refreshing. Solid.

Sampler at the brewpub. Comes to the table completely murky with a thick glowing yellow color. Cannot see through the beer whatsoever. Aroma is lots of coriander and lemon, love it. Taste is a bit mellowed but still plenty of coriander. The beer has a slight thicker mouthfeel for the style. Finishes with an earthy/herbal aftertaste.
