Dragon's Landing draught, 9/11/22. Clear bronze-golden. Small, white head, low retention. Nose shows the jalapeno/serrano, with strong base malt behind it adding white bread and honey. Clean, no alcohol noted. Beautifully peppery with prominent jalapeno and a mild habanero slow burn. Malts seem adjusted to accommodate, being a little more dense/rich than you'd expect, but it balances perfectly and you get a spicy, peppery character, with ample, but not excessive lingering heat. Clean and malty.

On tap at Dragonmead. Pours a gold amber with a white head. Aroma is more or less like a raw green pepper. Delicious hot pepper flavor, almost like pepper jack cheese (but without the cheese part). Certainly has some heat, but not too much. This is probably the best hot pepper beer Iβve had yet.

Draft - Fresh green chilli spice. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Green chilli peppers and a nice manageable heat. Not bad, quite flavorful.

On tap though it was via pitcher during the MBG Summer Festival. Poured a cloudy reddish gold with a white head. Sweet and citrus notes hit my nose as well as the hope notes. The flavor was actually quiet through the beer with citrus flavors but the pepper flavor fires through at the end. I actually thought this was very well balanced for a "pepper beer" and enjoyed it throughly.
