Poleeko Pale Ale is an exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced beer. With a bright, citrus hop profile and mild malt flavors reminiscent of English biscuits, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lemon zest compliment the brisk, balanced finish to create a truly refined American Pale Ale.

35,5 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Culemborg. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit musty, like a cellar. Other than that is’s hoppy and quite malty. Taste is medium bitter. body is thin, finish is clean.

Bottle at home. Dark golden with short lasting white head. Light caramel, some of those crunchy fish shaped snack thingies, lemon juice, yeast, lots of unripe grape and vegetable notes. Medium sweet with medium, slightly metallic finish.

Bottle. Golden colored, white head. Faint aroma of grainy malt, citrus and yeast. Fresh and simple taste of citrus and grassy hops. Very easy going and not really interesting. Not bad though.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Aroma slightly earthy-grassy hops, otherwise fruity, citrusy, with light funk. Slightly hazy golden colour. Unmistakable biscuity caramel maltiness in taste, just about balanced with piney, citrusy hops. Easily dirnkable sessionable beer.

Bottle at home, golden beer with a small head, aroma is citrus, grapefruit, some malt. Taste is very fruity, some malts, bitter dry, quite a long after taste. Very nice.

Bottle from Soho Wine at home. Translucent golden pour with grassy aroma. Taste is crisp and bitter hops. Light palate. Standard pale ale but a bit boring.

Bottle at the Londoner Brewpub, Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light citrus hop. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a big hop bitter light dry spice light toothpaste palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Served cool & it certainly quenched my thirst. Perhaps a little too hoppy for a pale ale but well drinkable.
