Solid grains, nice malts. Light grassy hops, medium carb, solid mouth feel. This isn’t a bad beer, but boring.

Draught at Niagara Brewing Company, Nigara Falls. Pours hazy lightish amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with some hoppy touches. Sweetish, estery flavour with malty notes and touches of hops. Estery aftertaste. Drinkable but rather muddy and nothing special as such.

This one poured a clear light yellow colour with a big white head. Scents include corn, hay and malt. First swig was watery and thin with flavours of corn, malt and a light hop bitterness. Finish is slightly hoppy with that corn flavour lingering...

Draft - Light sweet malts. Clear gold with a rich white head. Light grains and sweetness. Light and refreshing, basic stuff.

Bottle: Poured a clear light yellow color lager with a medium size white head with light retention. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with light sweet undertones is not the most pleasant. Taste is also dominated by grainy cereal notes with some light sweet notes. Body is light with medium carbonation. No apparent adjunct but malt bill is less than stellar.

Single bottle from the LCBO, bottled on May 13th 2014. Pours a golden colour with a small bubbly white head, average retention and some patchy lace. Trying to think what the smell remind me of. Grainy, but with a tuna sandwich aroma, which is quite different. Not as bad in the taste, but because everything is milder. Maybe this beer is too new, too fresh and should sit there a bit. Not sure what this one should be, but not liking it much.
