Past brewmaster's recommended cellaring age of five years, but still very good. Notes of coconut, roast, dates, cocoa, dark malt and a bare hint of coffee. Full bodied and smooth. A bit of booze at the end.

Poured from 650mL bottle @ Black Xmas. Very dark brown with small beige head. Dark fruit, chocolate, great balance.
Salted caramel chocolate and roasted coffee. Dried fruit finish
Enjoyed at friendsgiving!

Green pepper bomb. Sad.
Sweet, yet rich. Boozy, very slight coffee. Bitter finish. Bottled in 2008. Was still in high school. Thanks Zeke!
