That means each pint is brimming with doubly-rich aromas of fresh berries, notes of papaya and a malty sweetness. On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out both a lot of piney hops and sweet cereal malt. Flavour is more hop-centric, with lots of piney hops, some floral and earthy notes. Finished hoppy but low on astringency, with just enough sweetness to balance. Very well-constructed. Great stuff.

32oz growler courtesy of riversideAK, thanks Alex! It pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a nice looking off white head of foam. The aroma offers up juicy citrus and rich dank onion hoppy goodness with a thin cloud of floral hops. Beneath the hoppiness is a mild clean smelling malty sweetness. The taste is just as rich and juicy as the nose indicated with malt sweetened citrus hop goodness matched evenly with spicy dank malt nuanced onion like hoppiness. Around the edges of the big hop richness are light notes of floral hops and some maltiness. This is a solid rich deep yummy IIPA. Wow!

Draft - All grapefruit. Clear gold with a decent white head. Big bitter grapefruit. Can’t believe how fresh and leafy this is. Very nice.
