Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Caramel and chocolate aroma with toffee. Caramel and toffee flavor with chocolate and light molasses. Fuller bodied. Caramel and toffee linger with chocolate and light molasses.

Tap at BeerTemple, 15th January 2025. Pours black and thick. Decent enough stout, but not the best overall. Too much choice in the Temple

Fat på tapphuset med PQ. Utseende ? Nä är ju imperial stout så meningslöst . Doften då? Jättegod bourbonchoklad och lite bärighet . Klunkar och känner vanilj och choklad 69 % ig samt svagt bourbon . Mychet god 😋. Men lite mindre barn choklad och mer bourbon hade jag önskat. Nu efter en stund känner ölen blir lite väl torr . Så mycket god 😋 njae . Vem sa det?

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Black with a lasting tan head. Aroma of bourbon with hints of coffee beans and dark chocolate. Sweet and thick roasted flavour with loads of bourbon. It's a quite pleasant sipper, but a rather one dimensional beer.

Tp @Taphouse. Black, lasting creamy light tan head. Bourbon, roasted, slightly charred malt and vanilla aroma. Sweet bourbon and roasted malt, coffee flavour, some vanilla. Smooth, slick mouthfeel with sweet bourbon warmth but somewhat simple. The fruity, sweet bourbon takes over eventually, gets a little cloying in the long run...

Bottle (2023) pour shared by Steve. Opaque black with thin cap of head fading quickly to a ring, trace lacing. Aroma is nice fruity bourbon over base sweet malt stout, mild late vanilla. Taste is well-balanced nice fruity bourbon, sweet malt, dark fruit and vanilla. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation, pleasant alcohol heat, and finish as taste. More of a sweet stout than Double Negative. Nice restraint with the bourbon and good balance. Very nice.

Medium brown, there is a fair bit if vanilla on this. Sort of an all-or-nothing character, thin malts and fat vanilla, not necessarily hitting for me.
