Bottle. Etre. Hazed, straw gold. Thin, dense, white head. Nose has lemon peel. Sharp brett. Cut oak. Some honeyed flora. Some leafy herb. Taste is a little tart and lemony, with a crisp bitterness. Light to medium body. Fine, foamy carbonation. More lemony brett to finish. Lovely stuff.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma starts funky - horseblanket/citrus. Near medium body. Flavor is citrus/brett/horseblanket. Mildly sour. Fairly dry. Not bitter - more brett than bitter. Very refreshing. Just amazing.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced via Etre. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. This stuff is seriously good. Lightly tart, with a little funk, some lemony acidity, dried wheat, touches of pine needles, citrus peel, yeast. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quenching finish, lightly tart, fairly dry and salty, more tangy citrus fruits, relaxed funky expression. My goodness. This stuff is world class.

Bottle at a tasting. Quite rich and intense. Moderate sourness, complex and pleasant mix of acetic, lacto, moderate interesting funk. Lambic style barnyard is on top, saison down under, very easy drinking, refreshing, very tasty. Thin body, high carbonation. Excellent.
