Decent creamy head and dark body. Soft coffee or roasted barley on the nose. Soft roasted barley flavour with a hint of harshness. Drinkable but not too tasty.

On tap at Jasper Brewing, pours a near-black with a slight amber tinge and a creamy tan head. Aroma brings out notes of coffee and cocoa. Flavour is similar, starting off with roasted malt and coffee, and leaving a very pronounced cocoa powder finish. Dry and smooth, and highly drinkable for a big heavy stout. Very nice.

Draft - Roasted malts, molasses etc. A Guinness in look and smell. Black with a Denise’s perfect, almost artificial looking head. Chocolate, roasted malts, vanilla and a nice finish. Nothing unique or spectacular, but just really well executed.

Draught at the brewpub
Black color, creamy head. Aroma of wet cardboard. Smooth mouthfeel, the flavor of roasted malt is mild, rounded by the nitro. In the end there is also light liquorice. Drinkable.

Off of N2 at Fest-Of-Ale. Creamy off white head. Rich cold coffee nose. Despite the cold temp it was served at the flavors really come through. Actually reminds me of Guiness. OMG its a Guiness clone! Dark roasted malt notes with a hint of dark fruit. Would be much better on cask I think
