Hailing originally from Goslar, Germany, this last remnant of "The Funky 1500's Germany" pronounced "goes-uh" is a tart wheat ale spiced with salt and coriander. Light in body and brightly carbonated. This beer is as refreshing as a crisp breeze on a hot summer day.

Can: Clear, very pale yellow with a tall white head. Wheat, salt, lemon aroma. Taste is nicely salted....lemon, coriander, wheat malt. Nice body....light....but very good.

Can. Sour milk, lemon, wheat malt, salt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Light sweet-tart lemon, wheat malt, coriander, lightly salty, and lightly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice solid, straight forward Gose.
