This is our first sour we ever made, it’s also our only one available whole year around. A combination of lactic fermentation and a rich addition of Passion fruit created a Sour Ale that hits you with a pronounced sourness and an intense Passion fruit flavour. A perfect refreshment for any season.

On tap at FUZE. Pours clear blonde with a small white head. Tons of passion fruit on the nose along with some punchy citric acidity and tons of fresh grass clippings. Flavour has light citric acidity, passion fruit, fresh grass clippings. Not a fan, the grass completely dominates in an unpleasant way.

Botte shared at Hetedik Lépcső. Pours light yellow eith thin head. It’s mainly sour, with a faint grainy and fruity touch to it. Closes with extremely sour, long lasting finish, has light body and average carbo. Dunno, I can’t get enough fruits and it’s almost too sour to my liking.

Frothy White fair mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy very moldy aroma. Light bitter and slightly acetic flavor. Passion fruit present. Oily plate.

Weicher, spitz säuerlicher Beginn. Angenehme Maracujanoten, helles Getreide, die Säure wird milder, etwas wässrig. Sehr erfrischend, langer, mild fruchtiger Abgang. 8/11/11/9/9/11

Zichovec Advent Calendar 2024. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sour passionfruit, guava, zest. Taste of intense sour passionfruit, tropical fruits, zest. Refreshing.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 14/11/24. Clear golden orange topped with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is passionfruit, guava, grass, melon, mandarin, damp straw. Taste comprises prickly pear, grass, passionfruit, balsa wood, sharp citric notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tangy close. Decent enough refreshing 'Linner, passionfruit comes over well.

9/11/2024. Can from Beer Place, Prague. Pours clear golden with a copper tint and a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is passion fruit, candy, citrus. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy passion fruit sours. Moderate body, oily watery, above average carbonation. It is a one dimensional passion fruit sour but that’s exactly what’s promised on the can and it’s delivered well.

Keg at third coast pizza. Pours amber, nose is passionfruit, funk, vanilla, taste is juicy, tart passionfruit, hints of ice lollies.

Aroma is mostly passion fruit and sour passion fruit, add a little bit of a malty note. Clear yellow, smooth white head. looks good. flavor is beer sourness with passion fruit notes. the (for a berliner weisse) highish alc.%. adds body which is great, but it also almost manages to taste through the delicate sour/salty beer and sour fruits and that does not do well. there is a vodka like bitter balance to the delicate sourness, this i don't like. if it was a bit less noticeable it might change to a leathery note, right now, too much vodka (or perhaps tequila).
