This is our first sour we ever made, it’s also our only one available whole year around. A combination of lactic fermentation and a rich addition of Passion fruit created a Sour Ale that hits you with a pronounced sourness and an intense Passion fruit flavour. A perfect refreshment for any season.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, small head. Aroma of passion fruit. Citric with light body and clean mpouthfeel. Citric acid and passion fruit. Period. Lacking anything interesting.

Drucken på fat på Beerditch. Massor av frisk och syrlig passionsfrukt, laktos, lite tropiska frukt men mest passionsfrukt på gott och ont.

Can, Bierkiste. Light hazy, otherwise clear golden offwhite head. Tart passion fruit nose, light mealy and metallic, medium to light mellow body. Dry sparkly tropical, a hint clayish, very pleasant.

Medium, white, quick gone head. Gold, light hazy colour. Aroma is sour peach, gooseberries, bit caramel, passion fruits. Taste is medium malty base, gooseberries, peach, bit puckering, soft carbonation, very nice for the style, fully enjoyed.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with Max, Miro B and kajser27. Clear golden, no head. Fruity, passion fruit, some lime, nice soft sourness, medium bodied. No real complexity, but refreshing.

ABV: 5.4%. Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, passion fruit, guava. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, dry, passion fruit, guava, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200124]

Tap at Žíznivá Gumovka (thanks to them for bearing with me). Err... murky yellow-golden body, white head. Pleasant mix of passion fruit and lacto in the aroma, even better with the taste, with the sweetish fruity passionfruit notes balancing out the lacto well. A classic tropical berliner weisse, done without flaws, but just short of the wow effect.
