Another beer from the series Sour me Not. A beer Sour (high acidity) that takes in its composition Guava and the Gabiroba. Guava is a fruit of green bark and pink or white pulp, it is not an acidic fruit, being very used in diverse types of foods and drinks. Brazil is the world's largest producer of red guavas. Sour Goiaba also has in its recipe the addition of Gabiroba, a fruit very present in the territory of Paraná, harvested of native vegetation and with acidity and spicy flavor.
