Drank this directly from a clear bottle. First impression is its a little watered down with sparkling water but good carbonation on top of a rather dull light domestic lager taste. Its very civilized and goes down easy. Gets more acceptable as the session comes to an end. Fairly neutral nose but for a split second I thought, just perhaps, I got some of that cabbage veggie smell. Its 4% and you know it.

24 oz can. Pours a clear light gold color with a fizzy white head and fair retention. No lacing. Light corn nose. Sweet corn lager with minimal graininess. Light body. Clean and crisp. Haters will hate it, but it's refreshing.

Gets better if you add tequila.

24 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 1/25/2018. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with decent retention, that reduces to nothing eventually. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Okay appearance. Very faint aromas of cracker, corn, white bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Touch of fruitiness. Poor aromas with pale malt/grain and minimal earthy hop notes; with very poor strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread, and light herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Solid robustness of pale malt/grain and light earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, fairly bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is good. Pretty thin, but not too watery. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is an pretty okay pale adjunct lager style. All around solid robustness of pale malt/grain and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Clean pale malt/grains and decent earthy hop balance. Did not feel too heavy on the adjuncts. A fairly enjoyable offering, just not a ton of flavor going on vs others I've had at similar ABV.

Bottle. Sour corn malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Very lightly sweet corny malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body slightly better than mineral water. The one good thing about this beer is it doesn't seem skunked like regular Corona - add a lime slice and this should be a big hit at a Sorority party or overpriced at a beachfront resort in Cozumel.
