Bottle. Strawberry, lightly sour milk, malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy reddish amber with large head. Sweet-tart strawberry, malt, lightly sour lactic acid, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. No surprises at all - like the other Lindeman fruit lambics.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/29/2017. Pours slightly hazy pinkish/reddish orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky light pink head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, fruit jam/seeds, lemon, peach, pear, red apple, red grape, wheat, bread, and candi sugar; with light notes of hay, straw, grass, pepper, funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of strawberries, fruity/earthy yeast, pale malt, and candi sugar sweetness; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, fruit jam/seeds, lemon, peach, pear, red apple, red grape, wheat, bread, and candi sugar; with light notes of hay, straw, grass, pepper, funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruit tang/tartness, lactic sourness, and light bitter/yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, fruit jam/seeds, lemon, peach, pear, red apple, red grape, wheat, bread, candi sugar, pepper, hay, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberries, fruity/earthy yeast, pale malt, and candi sugar sweetness; with an awesome malt/tart/tangy/sour balance; with zero puckering/cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/sour/tangy fruit and carbonation. Fairly crisp finishing. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, acidic/tangy/tannic, and slightly slick/syrupy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.1%. Overall this is a fantastic sweetened fruit lambic! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberries, fruity/earthy yeast, pale malt, and candi sugar sweetness; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Reminds me a lot of the New Glarus fruit beers I have had before. Super jammy and authentic strawberry fruit presence; balanced sweetness and mild wild yeast notes. Never overly sweet/heavy with adequate dryness. Definitely one of the best sweetened lambics I've ever had. A highly enjoyable offering.

What if Strawberry Malt Liquor was turned into a quasi lambic? This is the answer and it's disgusting. The worst fake flavor you can get.

Sniadaniowo: Pachnie jak truskawkowa guma balonowa. Ciut kwasne, zero dzikosci, duzo slodyczy. Moze i bez tragedii ale nadal lindemansowo...
