Smoke and rye. Some oak. Pours clear mahogany with great head and lacing. Light bitter end with some lingering dust like tang. Tap at brewery.

Draft. Light wood smoke, rye malt, and hay aroma. Brown with moderate light tan head. Moderately sweet smoked ham, caramel malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Good body. Nice beer.
