Curious Creek was our first Berliner Weisse and is fruited with 125g/l of raspberries & cherries. It's bright, tart and crisp, and at only 3.2% this sour beer is distinctive, refreshing and packs a punch.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day one, 07/09/18. Light cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tarte berry fruits, raspberry pips, straw, grass, grains. Taste comprises bitter cherry skins, red berry sherbets, grass, light citric drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest pucker. Decent fruited Linner for the ABV.

Keg at BeaverFest 2018 Friday... Pink amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft sweet floral cherr fruit nose.. Soft sharp zezty cherry fruits.. Long cherry fruits

Tap. Unclear reddish-orange color with white head. Aroma is berries, lacto. Taste is berries, lactic, sorbet. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit too milky in aroma, the flavour is fine!

Tap at BeaverEx2018, London. Colour is clear red with small white head. Looks beautiful! Aromas and flavors: Red berries, raspberries, cherries, some strawberries and some sourness.

Draught @ Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Loads of raspberry juice, some tartness, mild hints of cherries and vanilla. Quite smooth and juicy.
