A classic German beer, Doc’s Hefe is served in a Weizen glass designed exclusively for our brew. Hefe, meaning "with yeast" in German, lives up to its name by keep a cloudy, unfiltered appearance. With little to no bitterness, hints of banana and clove, and loads of Vitamin B12 - it’s what the doctor ordered!

Draft. Cloudy golden body. Frothy white head, diminishing. Aroma of light banana, clove, plastic, chemical. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Light plastic taste. Thin for a hefe. Where's the banana, clove and rich mouthfeel?

Draft. A new brewery with a new Hefe - makes it necessary for me to show up opening weekend. Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Murky golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, wheat malt, and lightly bitter straw/clove flavor. Nice body. Solid - impressive that a new brewery can hit the mark on this style.
