Hazy pour, mild hop and wheat aroma. Flavor has light citrus, mild bitterness, wheat, and A little yeast. Eh. Okay. It’s kind of bland.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was lemon and grapefruit. The flavor was semi dry with lemon and grapefruit. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Cloudy straw-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Wheat, citrus and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of floral wheat, fruit and bready malt. The finish is fruity with a wheaty aftertaste. Decent overall.

From a bottle was hoping for a hefe but got a wheat ale and we know the difference, no lesson here but one is terrible in bitterness and the other is friendly and civilized. This is not the latter. Smells rather in yer face dull hoppy. Taste is what else for a wheat ale, what is it with these sharp astringent so called citrus bitter bite with the most recent hoppy ales? Sharp bitter nasty, wannah bee, IPA bitter rude f'd up impact. Whew. Not impressed, too much over the top in character to be impressed. Citrus? You mean like chewing on green grapefruit finds until its all turned to liquid & paste? Restyle this white IPA please. If you like rude bitter IPA. ignore my numbers and put this on your must try bucket list. BTW, has much more kick than the 5% stated here would make you think!

12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, best before 6/1/2018. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop/citrus peel astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is a delicious hoppy American pale wheat ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish, never overly aggressive. Very flavorful for the ABV. Very vibrant and fairly dank Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe/Jarrylo hops and citrus peel complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone, and no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected. Loved the hop profile.
