Zu geniessen seit dem 19.12.2014. Anstatt ein süffig-gehaltvolles Weihnachts- oder Winterbier zu kreieren, präsentierte KITCHEN BREW-Gründer Fabian in den Tagen vor Weihnachten 2014 ein Leichtbier. This is craft beer too! Against the norm.

0.33l bottle from brasserie de st-louis. pours a hazy pale amber with a steady dense white head and a nice lacing. aroma of honey, tropical fruity hops, oranges, grapes, and butter. flavour of juniper, white wine, citrus, grass. oily mouthfeel, very dry. bitter finish.

An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel, as well as hints of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and butter.

On tap at Microbrewer Armageddon Zurich. Golden color with big white head. Aroma is grassy, and quince, yes. Some butter. Taste is refreshing, more quince, a bit buttery, but not bad. Quite astringent for a Session. Oily mouthfeel.

Golden color, clean, with medium sized head. Nice aroma, typical Mosaic profile, but also grass, carnation. Dry mouthfeel, the malt has a cereal and paper flavor; strong bitterness, resiny but not much fruity, into a finish that is too dry.
