(Bottle 50 cl) Yet another organic Swiss bier in a neat, tall swing-top bottle. Amber coloured - no surprise considering the name - with a huge, frothy head. Very fullbodied yet extremely pleasant and easy to drink. Soft malt character with notes of caramel. Just a hint of bitterness. Reminds a bit of a Belgian "Speciale Amber". 180702
