tap at 800degree pizza in Fort Wayne. THis was weird - a beer that drinks like a cocktail - not a fan

Backlog. Pours hazy gold and smells of citrus and pine with herbal notes. The flavor is of tart lime, malt, mild hops, and spice. Different.

Can from Pennsport. Pale golden, small fizzy head. Aroma is light and sweet. Taste brings some sharp citric notes, not quite tart. Sweet, tangy.

Bottle. Cloudy, dirty yellow body, thin off-white head. Nose of citrus peel and coriander, rather wit-like. Odd body, sweet, limier than the nose suggested, sugary with grassy hops. Think gin-and-tonic but sweeter with added hops, the juniper really asserting itself in the finish after several sips. Is this beer? I don't care...it's tasty.

hazy pale and sparkling from a can. weird metallic nose. probably more like a shandy or soda drink, not SHV. different and unique yet still retains an almost shandy or berleiner attitude about it. some repulsive lurks in side but i can't find it, stays hidden throughout the session. Metallic nose keeps sticking up its fingers into my olfactory. I'll go with a 156 over 72 with this brew which has tonic water added. Very different. Not really sure if the majority of this is really beer. Stupid label BTW.

12 ounce bottle from Riley’s Madison. Hazy pale yellow, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of juniper, nuts, sawdust, citrus. The taste is sweet pine, juniper, citrus, white grape. Medium bodied. I suppose they executed the concept but I’m not sure this is a concept that should have been executed. Interesting at least.

12 oz. can. Thanks going to Adam, Slightly golden color, thin head. Aroma is mild botanical, lime rind, citrus. WOW, this is something. The brewer did get the essence of a Gin and Tonic without the juniper berry. Not sure if it Melts my brain but very fun to try without a doubt.

12oz can from Jeff. split 4 ways at fridge temp. very cloudy. small head. Smells very malty. a little European hop bitterness. hmm, this is really good. it’s sweet, tart, sugary, melon, lemon, honeydew, pear, lime juice. this is surprisingly delicious.

Sampled from the tap at Aubree’s. Pours a hazy pale yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains with some herbal notes and a slight tonic note. Flavor is very similar to a gin and tonic but has a slight tartness.
