Als echte bayerische Bierspezialität unterscheidet das Export sich von allen "Lagerbieren" und dem üblichen "Bayerisch Hell" durch einen vollmundigen, malzaromatischen Geschmack, mit einem ausgeprägten Körper. Eine Besonderheit bei Schlappeseppel Export ist die Verwendung von feinem "Aromahopfen", der alle Geschmacks- und Geruchssinne harmonisch einbindet.

Słodowe, ale takie mokre zboże, po ogrzaniu jakby gotowane warzywa, delikatny chlebek, finisz minimalnie ziołowe. Barwa złota z przejrzyste, piana redukuje się do krążka, znikomy lacing. Goryczka bardzo niska, ziołowa. Gryzie a potem wysusza język, słodkie, no zdecydowanie nie warte spróbowania.

Bottle picked up from a 12 bottle Kalea mixed pack from Globus, Plattling and consumed at home Sunday 2nd February 2025 cooking Lamb Qabooli from Bahari cookbook, listening to Das Format - Das Format. Pours clear sparkling gold with a white head. Tasting like a festbier marzen, malty'ish', but with a loose fruity tang. Mouthfeel is good, light bitterness, clean tasting but offering little.

Schöne feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone, goldene klare Farbe, in der Nase kernig-würzig und hellmalzig mit etwas robust-blumigem Hopfen, im Mund mit relativ vollem Körper, präsenter Hopfenbittere, leichter Süße und malziger Würzigkeit. Insgesamt sehr rund und stimmig, dadurch ziemlich süffig.

Ein gemütliches 🛋️, etwas herberes und auch volleres Export, das den Bierstil wirklich getroffen hat 🤠.
Es ist recht schwer, aber dabei do süffig, das es schon als Oktoberfest-Bier durchgehen könnte.
Aromentechnisch eher einfach, aber aufgrund der tollen, spannenden 🌟 Trinkbarkeit durchaus empfehlenswert.
Ein gemütliches 🛋️, etwas herberes und auch volleres Export, das den Bierstil wirklich getroffen hat 🤠.

The Dortmunder ('export') edition of the old familiar Schlappeseppel, bottle bought at a store in Leidersbach on our way back from the Oberpfalz to Belgium, thanks to Goedele. Snow white, moussey, medium thick, slowly breaking head over a clear, pure and deep golden robe with lively strings of sparkling. Aroma of white bread crust, grass, wet limestone, straw bale, minerals, dried field flowers, chicken food. Clean, somewhat sweetish onset, pale maltiness with minerally side notes from moderate carbonation; medium long grassy and floral hop bitterness, slightly leafy with dry straw and dandelion accents, drying gently and slowly but effectively as the malt sweetishness fades. Crisp, sleek German Lager, a bit more generic than the classic Schlappeseppel but still far preferable over the often rice- or corn-diluted macro lagers found throughout the world.
