The first of our Experimental Rabbit series in the months of firing up the brewery, which we brewed together with our dear home brewing friend, Szabolcs. We have been brewing ever since, Fehér Nyúl is now unthinkable without Rafa.

RBESG 2019 Grand Tasting. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Lemony, citric acid, fruity, sharp, passion fruit, juice. Light hops, light malts, light bitterness. Light body, soft carbonation, lasting finish. Nice sharp acidic aroma, slightly lost when trying to define the style.

Tapat 100 piv. Med-light sourness, seems citrusy, grapefruit-like, lime, lemony. Overall citrusy character, moderate bitterness, very very well balanced. Easy drinking, refreshing, crisp. Hops centered, malt in background. Quite good.

Bottled 330ml. - Grand Tasting RBESG 2109, day 4. Orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, citrusy floral nose. Citrusy, moderate ginger, notes of lime and yeast with again ginger in the finish.

Bottle RBESG 2019. Blonde. Lemony floral aroma. Sour lemony flavor with ginger and floral notes, Decent.

A nicey balanced hoppy, but not bitter, sour ipa. The way the style is supposed to be done. neked csak budapest

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is ginger, grassy hops, biscuity malts, quite fresh yeast too. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun, but a bit weird.

RBESG 2019, Plzen. Golden color with white head. Strong hoppy, sour aroma. Sour taste, with moderate hops. Good.

Bottle shared at RBESG ‘19 Grand Tasting at Raven. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of lemon and herbs. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker nr Gent, Belgium. Consumed at home Attenkirchen listening to W.H.Lung (still) Pours a very dark gold, orange gold with a white head. Quite tart with quite bitter, some rhubarb, lemon (sherbet) and passion fruit in fact lots of the latter but there is a little sweetness to temper things down a touch. I like this, Loz doesn't.
