Bottle from Todd. Aged a while. Pours a copper hue with a medium white head. A big floral and herbal nose. Light bitter ginger, a funky almost tart base, sweet malts.

Brown with a foamy head of relatively short duration. Big caramel aroma with ginger and vanilla underneath. Taste is sweet with lingering ginger and apple pie at the finish. Medium bodied with mild carbonation. A good winter warmer.

Bottle from Hanadaya. Dark amber colour with small golden head. Aroma is ginger, some sweet and biscuity maltiness, quite powerful alcohol smell if you have a big sniff, guess it could be more ginger spiciness. Touch of hoppy bitterness there too. Taste is unsurprisingly ginger, lots of malt too. Slight bitter finish. Quite full on in the mouth. I like beer and I like ginger beer, so no surprise I like this I guess.
