Das originale Amboss Bier ist bernsteinfarben bis rötlich und sein Charakter kommt traditionell eher malzbetont, karamellig und vollmundig daher. Ein richtig süffiges Bier für Geniesser. Unser untergäriges, mehrkörniges Amber kommt aus dem Fass naturtrüb ins Bierglas, und aus der Flasche filtriert. Schmeckt super zu Creme-Suppen, Tex-Mex, Braten, würzigem Weichkäse, Früchte und Käsekuchen.

0.33l bottle from coop in zurich. pours a clear deep amber with a big white head. intense aroma of hay, sweet caramel malts, biscuit. flavour of malts and biscuit. short finish with a hint of bitterness. nothing special, but quite drinkable overall.

EIn Märzen, das ein feines malziges Aroma hat, das leicht an Schwarzbrot erinnert, aber nicht zu übertrieben wirkt und doch seinen Märzen-Charakter behält. Es ist schön süffig und ein feiner Reisebegleiter für weite Zugreisen (ich habe meine Flasche am Züricher HB gekauft).

Heller, mild herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil leicht fruchtig, herber werdend. Hell malzig, wenig würzig, zum Ende leicht bitter. 9/8/8/8/6/8

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100908]

Clear golden with a small off white head. Malty nose with caramel and grassy hops. Flavor had malt, caramel and yeasty notes. Finished slightly dry from the hops.

Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, minerals, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of caramel and fruit, leading to a dry lightly metallic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. The nose has some sweet roasted malt. Medium body, sweet roasted malts and a little licorice. No hops at all. Clean - but no real Amber Ale. 080910

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight breadish. Flat malty and slight roasted breadish. Dry caramelish malty finish with a light bitterness coming through.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear pale amber. Buttery malt aroma. Sweet with mild, soft soothing malt character. Completely dominated by malt, though there are some grassy hops there- Flavourwise it close to a good helles. Good stuff!
