Short 0,33 l bottle, bought at Grüne Woche 2015, Berlin. Unclear orange in the glass, small very short living head. Malt and caramell on the nose. Taste is strong malty, resin, little bit chestnut. Alcoholic in the second row. Not really complex, thin aftertaste.

Heller, angenehm würziger Antrunk. Milde passende Süße, steigender Hopfen von niedrigem Level aus. Später getreidiger und einen Ticken alkoholisch. Noch nicht ganz rund aber schon süffig und gut trinkbar. 8/11/11/9/10/9

Pours an amber color. Hints of malt and citrus in the aroma. Malty sweetish, grassy citric flavor, with peach.

Bottle: Reddish-amber coloured like a blanc-de-noir champagne, small and stable white head with a little lace; caramelly and nutty nose with faint citrussy aromas in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering hoppy and fruity finish with a caramelly touch. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangegelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig, getreidig. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig, grasig, blumig, leicht alkoholisch.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, copper colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Caramel-malty, bready and slightly nutty aroma with delicately fruity accents of pears and citrus, accompanied by flowery hops. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, medium bodied at best with a modest carbonation. Delicately fruity cara-malt character with floral and delicately resiny hops, especially towards the dry-ish caramelly and hoppy finish. Nicely balanced Bock, unfortunately a tad too slim. 19.V.14
