Pour is a bright hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is what, yeasty and creamy. Flavor is again a chewy wheat with some baana anc clove in the backround. Finish is a bit heavier than a normal wheat beer but has plenty of wheat malt flavor. This was pretty good.

12 oz bottle courtesy of shrubber85. Bright hazy yellow color that glows as I hold to the light. Aroma is dusty wheat, mild banana, light lemons.

Flavor is quite nice for the style. Banana and clove upfront turning into a moderate citrus in the finish. The yeast is alive and well in this bottle. Body is medium with a mild chewiness. This would be perfect on draft in the summer, thanks Roger very nice brew!

Refrigerated 12 oz. bottle from shrubber85, the best by date was messed up, poured into a weizen glass. Aroma is clove, medium body, medium carbonation, and some medium-bubble lacing. Taste is clove, banana, some lemon, some orange, and some yeast. Some richness, good hefeweizen.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a cloudy straw color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, banana and malt. Light body with flavors of herbal wheat, malt and mild hops. The finish is fruity with a banana and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle @ home thanks to TheAlum for sending this my way! Pours a really nice, cloudy, light dull lemon yellow appearance with a lasting, creamy white head. Great head retention and appearance. The aroma is balanced a little more towards the spicy side (especially clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon) rather than the fruity side. There is some lemon in the nose along with some doughy yeast. Light bodied. Lightly tart. Some banana, lemon, and slight tropical fruit in the flavor. Creamy mouth feel. Kind of dull flavor - mostly tapioca and banana - but it is pretty refreshing. Mostly dry finish. Little on the aftertaste. Easy beer to pound but not overwhelmingly fulfilling.

Draft. Cloudy yellow with a frothy, white head. Classic (though light) aroma of clove, bubble gum, banana, but then there’s grainy wheat. The flavor moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, slick and thick texture, lively carbonation. The flavor is jumbled and disappointing. Lacking the sweetness and strong yeast flavors that devolve into some acidic tang.

Draft at the Brewpub. Cloudy orange-yellow. Classic banana-clove taste. Fresh and lively. Smooth and creamy, with a subtle, dry, bitter, lemony, almost a touch of saltiness flavor profile. Remains soft and light on the palate but full of flavor. Perfectly executed Hefeweizen. Emphasis on clove vs. banana.
