A lightly hazed rosey gose with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, rather lemony gose with light soapy notes, strange berries, so-so. In mouth, a rather tart acidic interpretation, with light cranberry, OK. On tap at Syracuse Winter Brewfest 2017.

Slightly hazy pink and ruby tinted body with a nice, smooth two centimetre tall off-white head that shows shades of pink. Aroma of light alcohol, a lot of cranberries and sour funk along with a bready scent and some of cherries and other more dense fruit. Medium-bodied; Assertive funky and floral flavour with some nice sour elements, a good tart cranberry flavour and the noticeable yeast and light salt flavour as well. Aftertaste shows more fruits, a light sour flavour that permeates and a bit of saltiness on the tail end. Overall, a much more full-bodied and stronger beer than I expected as a ’gose’, but not a bad offering - a lot of flavours, good body and a nice sour and tart finish that couples well with the salt! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-July-2016 for US$1,89 sampled at home in Washington a day after returning from Boonton on 27-November-2016.

On tap at The Ginger Man, pours clear orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out acidic dry cranberries with a little lacto. Flavour is less acidic than the nose suggests, with tart cranberries and a yogurty lacto quality. Not a huge amount of depth but it works okay. Not a big fan of the cranberries in here - too acidic for me.

Pours a reddish amber from a bottle. Aroma is malt-forward, sort of a wheat cracker with some cranberry juice notes. Flavor is not very gose-y, cranberry seems to provide some tartness, but not anything else. Not picking up on any saltiness either, more like a cranberry ale. Meh.

Toejam, red currant nose. Hazy rose colored, headless. Very tart, rosehips, malty finish. Light body, moderate carbonation.

Pours orange peach into a shaker. White head quickly fizzles and crackles to nothing. Cranberry and marshmallow aromas. Sharp with salted marshmallow upfront turning to tart cranberry before the lasting pie crust finish.
