Thanks Alex for this bottle coming from Heinrich 3000, sharing it on the train back from Singen to Zurich, on monday. Not a bad weizen, a bit light and watery, refreshing, wheat, malt, mineral, yeasty, a bit fruity, discreet touch of hop, 01.03.23

Color anaranjado, turbia, cremosa espuma blanca de media retención. Aroma maltoso con notas de levadura, cereal y melocotón maduro. Sedosa en boca, buen cuerpo, fondo maltoso, notas de levadura, pan de espelta, amargor moderado, leve puntito especiado al final del trago. Está de puta madre.

Bottle. Clear dark golden. Malty sweet, roasted notes. Sweet chewy, nice bitter aftertaste. Balanced. Bit sticky aftertaste.

Optisch helles Kupfer, in der Nase unscheinbar. Im Trunk aber ganz ordentlich, würzig, leicht Karamell, süß, passt.

500ml bottle. Slightly milky, orange golden colour with average, fluffy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Slightly grainy, spicy, minimally strawy, musty, pale malty aroma, a touch of silage. Taste is spicy, slightly biscuity, bready, pale malty, slightly bitter, grassy hoppy, hints of grey bread, a weak touch of white pepper, fruity yeasty overtones with a touch of pear, gooseberry. Decent body, a bit more viscous than just watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Not overly complex but definitely with some subtleties, fairly beefy - nice.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Grainy. Taste: Malty, grainy, lightly yeasty. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Light fruity hints of yellow fruit. Quite nice.

Optisch wird man von einem einemt trüben hellen Bernstein mit gelborangen Reflexen begrüßt. Die weiße, grob- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone ist flaumig und ganz gut haltbar. In der Nase dominiert ein süßlich-herber, fruchtiger Malzcharakter. Eine leicht erdige Note lässt sich dabei ebenso vernehmen. Es erinnert ein wenig an ein Erntedankfest mit einem mix an reifen Früchten. Jeweils nur ein Hauch von... Banane, Apfel, Traube, ... eben mit einem leicht erdigem Hinterton. Der Antrunk kommt spritzig und frisch. Im Mittelteil dominiert eine sehr fruchtige, leicht süßliche Malzaromatik, die von einer angenehmen Würze und einer zarten Hopfenaromatik begleitet wird. Am Gaumen ergibt sich eine ganz angenehme Haptik, die man eher von süßen Fruchtsäften kennt. Trotz einer deutlichen Rezenz wirkt dieses Bier doch eher weich - jedoch lässt sich die Aromatik nicht eindeutig definieren. Fakt ist, dass es gut vollmundig und auch angenehm süffig ist. Im Abgang hält die Aromatik gut an und man vernimmt die Aromen, die man bereits in der Nase hatte, plötzlich wieder ganz gut. Ein recht interessantes Bier... Sehr schön, dass hier die Hefe eine ganz interessante Fruchtaromatik mit hinein bringt. Man muss schon sagen, dass es für ein Zwickel doch schon eine ganz gute Komplexität in der Aromatik hat.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma trends herbal and grainy. Taste has unforgiving grainy and metallic bitterness that leaves little room for much else. Finishes the same. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Not my thing.
