Chicagoans like hoppy beers, so we obliged by brewing a mean Double IPA. Then we asked artist Joey Potts to design a label of equal intensity. Generously hopped with Falconers Flight, Zythos, and Cascade, Sinister is brimming with juicy, tropical flavors of mango and pineapple. Don’t expect back rubs and mixtabs from this beer-- Sinister won’t even remember your first name. What do you expect?

Bomber. Pours a lightly cloudy dark burnt orange. Aroma of dank citrus and dark herbal hops with a dose of fried caramel. Taste is medium bitter. Pine and citrus hops with fried caramel. Medium-full bodied with a slightly slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Very warming. Overall, great. Makes me want to try mor from these guys.

Bottle shared by Sarah, thanks! Pours a clear amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice combination of pine and resin with a hint onion and sweet grain. Flavor has a nice combination of pine and resin with some onion that is mild.
