Der Wiener Bubi ist ein klassisches bernsteinfarbenes Wiener Lager mit einem Orangestich und einer feinporigen Schaumkrone. In der Nase findet man biskuitartige und blumige Töne. Er ist einfach malzsüß mit einer feinen Karamellnuance, trockenem Abgang und moderater Kohlensäure. Die angenehme Bittere macht Lust auf mehr!

He is simply malty sweet with a fine caramel nuance, exposes a dry finish and shows moderate carbonation. His pleasant bitterness makes you want more!

Bottle. Thanks Hrabren! Lovely dark amber body, off white head, even and thick, but going away a bit too fast. Aroma... heaps of diacetyl on a caramelly and yeasty backbone, alcohol even. Stale taste, ending dry, wet cardboard and yeah, a nice caramelly touch, vague citric touch, ending dry. Quite clusterfuckish, even most homebrewed lagers I've tried are better than this bottle. Maybe it was okay on tap, but in this shape and form (long before the BB date), this is not for sale.

0.33 l bottle from Beerlovers, Vienna. Shared with Marko. Clear amber, huge off-white head. Malty and buttery. Some fruity notes. Sweet. Creamy texture. Light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, abrupt finish. Bad shape.

Amber, moderate hazy body, with a medium, creamy, light beige head.
Aroma of grains, caramel, honey, flowers, some herbs, subtle fruits.
Tastes similar, a bit lighter.
mouthfeel, with a carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, a bit dry, a bit sweet, floral, grainy, grassy.
Good. Clean and fresh, but a bit too light overall. Nice floral and caramel notes. Solid.
