Bottle at home in Alkmaar. Amber pour with an off-white head. Nose and taste are prominent grassy-resinous hops with an underlying carame-bready sweetness. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not particularly sophisticated but pretty pleasant nevertheless.

Bottle. Clear deep golden body with a nice, dense, lacing white head. Aroma has medium fruity hops and hint of wood. Flavor is sweet malt, ripe fruit and moderate bitterness. Definitively something going on here, but the result is a bit boring actually.

From tap at Holy Craft Beer Bar, Düsseldorf. Aroma is fruity and malty with berries, caramel malt, and a touch of hops. Bittersweetish flavour, medium body. Very fruity take on Altbier, likeable.

Can, huge thanks Hrabren for bringing it from Berlin and sharing with Ogi and me! Hazy pale brown body, off-white head. Sweetish, soft caramelly aroma, mildly floral, light green apple. Lean, dry taste, caramelly, vaguely herbal, ends dryish, mildly bitterish. I mean, the Chinook note is pretty gone. Okay.

Draught @ Voxhall. Pours hazy burnt orange with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, grassy hops. Flavor is sweet light bitter, malty, caramel, bready, grass. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light bitter finish. 230823

Can. Bit hazy amber with beige head. Fruity hops, caramel malts. Quite crisp and refreshing, but also a bit sweet. Medium bodied. Quite OK.

330 ml bottle. Unclear amber, big fluffy head. Caramel, dry citrus notes, toasted almonds and nuts, toffee, iron, raisins. Dry metallic bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry metallic malty finish. Good.

Hazy dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee, bread crust and a touch of caramel. Sweet malty flavour with spicy hops and a solid bitter finish.
