Honey Ambrosia is a classic German kölsch brewed with a touch of West Michigan wild flower honey. Perfect for summer, our kölsch is brewed to be light, crisp, and flavorful with pilsner and wheat malts. Traditional kölsch yeast is used to generate the subtle fruit and wine-like aromas and flavors that meld so well with our locally sourced honey.
