A classic farmhouse ale, our Saison is complex, aromatic, and terrifically refreshing. This beer thrills four of the five senses: its brassy color and its lacy, clinging head delight the eye. Its spicy fragrance stimulates the nose. Its low carbonation and well-rounded, medium body tempt the tongue. And its fruity crispness quenches thirst and pleases the palate. If only it could shout “Proost!” it would take care of your ears as well.

On tap at Workshop. Pours a cloudy deep gold with a white head. Yeasty pear aroma, herbal. Flavor has yeasty clove, pear, and some floral citrus flavors. Pretty nice.

Draft. Lightly musty cherry and malt aroma. Cloudy amber with minimal head. Sweet clove and barley malt flavor. Very spicy.
