From a 12 oz. bottle it is a clear effervescent golden color with an off white. The Aroma is sweet with hints of bread and biscuits. The taste is sweet malty flavor that lingers on the palate

12 ounce bottle from Trader Joe's Brookfield. Clear amber, thin foamy white head, fair retention. Aroma of toasted malt and earthy, piney hops. The taste is citrus and pale malt. Medium bodied, simple but refreshing. Solid.

Aroma’s beer and minerals, hint of refinery. Flavor’s on the sweet side. Kind of reminds me a bit of a world beer. Totally forgettable. Lingering sweet finish that isn’t refreshing at all.

Summer Beer Dabbler 2014. Decent pale lager with a good palate. Not much else; but this is drinkable enough.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear gold with a half finger of white head. Aroma of honey and grains with a hint of dank hops. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Honey and grains with slight citrus hops. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and a longer than expected finish. Overall, not bad. Drinkable, but nothing to seek out.

Single bottle from Lemon Tree. Not sure why Capital is pumping out the pale lagers. I’m really not interested in trying all of them side-by-side to see if they’re any different. This starts with oxidation under the cap. Pale yellow under a foamy head that at least clings to glass a bit. Smell in the glass is the usual pale malt, though there may be a bit more hop at work. Taste is more of the pale lagers malt, but at least it seems to be all malt, and just a slight bit more German hop at work. Not much more than a sneeze, but a decent fishing beer.
