Säuerlicher Geruch von Zitronen. Süffiger, erhöht karbonisierter Antrunk. Noten von Zitrus und Bergamotte, etwas hefig, trocken. Intensiv, konstante runde Säure, mittellanger Abgang. Erfrischend, vollmundig, gut. 9/12/13/12/11/12

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, coriander, wheat, and perfume. The flavor is very sweet with notes of coriander, lemons, wheat, and perfume, leading to a dry finish.

On tap at Ammutsøn, Vienna. Hazy greenish pale golden, small off-white head. Aroma is packed with spice, sharp zest, almost perfumy. Coriander, but more like leaves than seeds. Sour? But lemony, not lactic. Biscuity malts. Prickly carbonation. Light body, moderate carbonation. Not to style completely, but a good beer.

Can, courtesy of Sinh4. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is brett, coriander, orange peel, herbs and spices, very green. Body is medium, lots of orange peel, bergamotte and lime. Lively carbonation. A tad overdone.

440ml can. Hazy, bright, yellow-ish golden colour with small, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, slightly floral, wheaty, and minimally citrusy aroma needs some time to develope the interconnectedness of flavours, as there are bergamot, rose hip, kumquat, coriander, wasabi. Taste is tart-ish, citrusy, spicy, wheaty, juicy, subtle sweetness, hints of bergamot, rose hip, wheat, orange, orange zest. lemon juice, a touch of very mild wasabi. Needs a short time for the right adjustment of taste buds, but then... quite unique, innovative composition - I like it.

Little cloudy blond to yellow beer, small creamy white irregular head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: all curaçao, nothing but orange peel, a bit soapy, yeast touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour start, lots of lemons, lemon juice, some orange peel, little bitter, more lemony. Aftertaste: acidic, fruity, orange peel, bit sourish, lemon drops, sour candy (lemon Napoleon candy), bit watery, bitter touch, some Earl Grey, nice, but weird though…

[Munich 2018] Draft glass @ Frisches Bier. Hazy citrus, small white. Nose is weird sweet lemon & chalk. Taste is banana, sugar, lemon, very sweet wheat with lemon, no coriander, citrus, low milky yeast. Basic bodied but decent almost fruit beer. Not getting a lot of the hops.
