Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Hazy gold with small white head. Aroma of bread, honey, dusty-floral hops. Decent lager malt complexity with biscuit, bread and cereals followed by a crisp finish with grassy hops with light floral and spice. Near medium bodied and prickly carbonation. Very good lager for the strength.

33cl bottle from House of Trembling Madness. It pours clear pale golden - blonde with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh floral vibes upfront, daisies and elderflower in particular, doughy white bread, biscuit and soft cakey sweetness. The taste is fairly crisp, dry, pleasing bitterness, clean, grassy, rather floral, airy malts, doughy bread, biscuit, straw, grain and grass with a dry finish. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Light, pleasing and floral. Quaffable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear honey-gold with a white, foamy bead. Light-medium sweet flavour with rich biscuity malts, minimal bitterness, nips of cereal, dough, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, more fresh bread, biscuits. I like it.
