Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a clear, light yellow appearance with a small, dissipating white head. Dry apple, pear, white grape, somewhat spicy, fluffy white birthday cake aroma. Sweet white grape, pear, apple, somewhat juicy, sweet wheat flavor that dries out a bit on the finish. Kind of interesting idea but didn’t turn out all that great.

Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a pale yellow-gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy sugar, honeydew, white grapes and a hint of pepper. The flavor was sweet sugar, honeydew, white grape and a bit of bread. Medium length tangy bread and grape finish with a bit of booziness coming out at the tail end. Moderately full bodied. Decent.

Capped 750 from the Vacaville BevMo. Pours fizzy light gold with a creamy/fizzy white head. Aroma is vinous/grapey/bready. Med body more or less. Flavor rotates grape/bread/sauvignon blanc, the goes a bit acidic, more wine, then fruity/wheaty. Then it starts all over again. Finishes dry, mildly acidic, and arguably a little bitter. Clean ending. Very nice.
