Award-Winning Weizenbock

If you look closely, you can imagine the magic of the dusk light on the mountains reflected in the amazing color of this brew. Unfiltered with a foggy appearance and light aromas of wheat, bubblegum, clove, and spice. Finishes silky smooth. Take a sip and set your mind aglow.

On tap at Pizza Port (of all places, was told it was a left over of some festival). Pours with a hazy brown body with a large, off-white head. Aromas of bubblegum, brown sugar, earth, caramel, soil, bready, tasty, estery, banana and vanilla. Flavors are sweet, molasses, brown sugar, banana, bubblegum (strongish), estery, vanilla, wheat, grain, and alcohol. Light but lingering umami character. Medium to lively bubbles, biggish body. Finishes medium dry.
