Purchased at Binny’s in Chicago, IL, enjoyed at my friends place before a buddy’s 30th b-day celebration. Interesting bottle on this one. Appearance is moderately thick with a rich white head that laces. Aroma of dry chocolate. Taste is dry, mostly chocolate bit of nitrogen. Decent stuff.

Bottle. Light earthy coffee and chocolate malt aroma Near black with a hugel creamy tan head. Earthy/peaty coffee malt flavor, like a low acid Indonesian coffee. Medium body.

Bottle. Charcoal chocolate malt aroma. Dark black with huge tan head. Slight sweet-tart chocolate malt flavor. Body on the light side. Not spectacular but far ahead of most South American beers.

Bottled. A brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of sweet and roasted malt as well as lighter notes of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with a light acidic edge and notes of roasted malt and chocolate. Thanks omhper for sharing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of omhper. Hazy orangey brown with an off-white head. Lightly nutty, roasted aroma. Medium body, a little roasted and ashy malt notes but otherwise completely dominated by a distinct and unfortunate acidity. Sour and infected all through the finish. 200908

Bottled, thanks davidpl! Very dark brown, small beige head. Aroma of chocolate and plums. The malt sweetness is dried out by an evident lemony tartness. Chocolatey and citric. Ashy finish with low bitterness.
