Location: 12 oz bottle from Andy, 1/19/14
Aroma: The nose is citrus and pine hops, some caramel as well, leans sweet
Appearance: It pours a bright copper-red color with a frothy beige head and plenty of lace
Flavor: It is mid-sweet and mid-bitter up-front, the sweetness fades into a more bitter finish
Palate: This one is medium bodied, leaning light, has a nice mouthfeel, and a long, dry finish
Overall Impression: Thanks Andy! I like this one. It starts as a balanced IPA in the front palate, but it turns much more bitter through the finish, which makes for an enjoyable flavor throughout.

Draft. From notes. Caramel and hay with a little citrus hops. Drinkable, but nothing super special.

12oz Bottle via trade. Pours out a dark gold topped with a off white head. Aroma is nice sweet caramel, citrus, and some light floral notes. Taste is just a little caramel, light hops, with a light bitter end. The nose would lead you to think this was going to be pretty tasty, but it was a little bit of a let down.

from a bottle. good strong aromatic olfactory. Looks viscous, slightly darker than pale ale. Taste is usal ipa terribly bitter stuff. Looks like it has more co2 than it really has. Have yet to be truly impressed by this style.

Bottle. Caramel, biscuit, and spicy-piney orange hops aroma. Hazy orange amber with a large ivory head, light lacing. Caramel malt and bitter citrus peel hops flavor. Medium to full sticky body.

Bottle. Clear amber body. Off-white, frothy head. Aroma of citrus and floral hops, Notes of husky grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. The malts do little to cut the bitterness in the finish. It lingers a long time. Medium body, chewy texture, lively carbonation. Raw, resinous hops dominate the flavor. Whatever malt character this has is overrun by bitterness which also overruns the hop flavors. A bit clunky and unclean. An IPA like a lot of IPAs.

tap at Brewhaven - Pours hazy copper colored with good lacing and a citrus hop aroma. The flavor has crisp citrus hops bitterness that’s well balanced by the malt backbone. Overall it’s a good brew though it doesn’t stand out.

decent IPA. mild hop and citrus and distinct malts - an overabundance of malt in my opinion, but solid and drinkable overall.

Sample at Twenty Tap in Indianapolis. This brew pours a clear copper-orange color with a medium ivory white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrusy hops and malt. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character and flavors of grapefruit and caramel malt. The finish is is hoppy with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Above average IPA overall.
