12 oz bottle at the Javelina Cantina in Sedona, Arizona. The pour is a cloudy golden copper with a small white head with lace. The aroma is wheat grain, clove and a bit of lemon. The taste has the wheat grain upfront with clove yeast, mineral and lemon citrus. Hits all the Hefe notes nicely. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel and a cleanish finish.

Location: Draft at the brewpub, 3/3/14
Aroma: The aroma is wheat and lemon, with some notes of banana and clove
Appearance: Pours a murky looking yellowish color with an off-white head on it
Flavor: The taste is on-style, with wheat flavor, spice, and fruity flavors (banana, lemon, etc.)
Palate: The body is medium, leaning light, with a soft carbonation and a clean mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I plenty solid example of a hefeweizen. It isn't close to being a standout or a poor version, just a solid one.
