Can. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, grass, pine. Medium body, juicy, pine, grapefruit, nice bitterness, very good.

Tap at the brewery. Milky yellow color with small white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, sweatsocks, wheat, a hint of onions, orange juice. Taste is wheat, fresh tropical fruits, some sweatsocks. Great hazy DIPA!

16 oz can poured, to my favorite IPA glass, in anticipation of their celebration this weekend. Thought it’s about time I open these cans. Already waited way longer than I wanted to, but there is just so much beer! It hasn’t been that long, but if this beer has depreciated at all, then it was damn near perfect to begin with. Galaxy and Citra, what can possibly go wrong. Perhaps two of my favorite hop profiles, and a combination that I frequently enjoy brewing at home with. Now I get to see what the pros can do with it. Delicious. Super thick pour. Thick, cloudy, dark orange color that looks like a straight up orange mango juice, with a ton of foam head. Quite an enticing fruit splash aroma from quite a distance. I poured this, and walked across the room, and felt like I could still pick it up. Incredible nose on this. Creamy, juicy tropical fruit from start to long lasting finish. Galaxy at it’s finest, perhaps. Late kicked bitterness. Plenty of unique character here too. Miles away from a boring IPA. Two weekends in a row that I started a brewery anniversary party a couple days early. Very much okay with that. An imperial Lush Land like beer here, which was one of my very favorites from these guys. Looking towards the anniversary party weekend, I might not find a beer there that’s better than this one. Saving the best for first. A well constructed, well executed, fantastic imperial here, and the fact that it’s now put in tall cans, even better. Loved this damn beer.

I had a beautiful version of this once, just amazing tropical flavors... once. Since then I get a spicy, grassy hop character and NO tropical fruit. Fuck that, not for me. A little sweet, thick malt. Dry bitter hop finish. Poor me, why must I suffer with inconsistent or quickly degrading hop beers.

[3/1/15] Draught at Holy Mountain Brewing in Seattle. Cloudy orange. Resinous “green” hops aroma with a bit of onion. Sweetish malty flavor with caramel, “green” and slightly oniony hops, and some bitterness. Medium-bodied.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, pot, and just enough malt. Flavour is not that well-balanced, with resinous hops and syrupy caramel malts. Okay balance, but too much sweetness for my palate. It's okay.

Draft - Grapefruit and some peel. Cloudy copper with a decent beige head. Up front bright bitterness, citrus acidity and a juicy nice fruity notes. Decent.
