Sampled on draft at Whistle & Keg this beer poured an orange color with a faint pink hue and a medium sized pinkish white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet raspberry, cherry and was subtly sour. The flavor was tart and dryish with raspberry, cherry, yeast and salt. Long finish. Medium body.

Can: Raspberry, passionfruit aroma. Clear rose, thin head. Very tart hibiscus, raspberry. Mild biscuit finish. Light body, spritzy. Refreshing and I would imagine it pairs very well with certain foods.

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours crystal clear pinkish golden/orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin, cranberry, strawberry, lemon, lime, pear, green apple, red grape, rose, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, rose hips, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin, cranberry, strawberry, lemon, lime, pear, green apple, red grape, rose, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart raspberries, fruit skin, cranberry, strawberry, lemon, lime, pear, green apple, red grape, rose, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, rose hips, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance. Mild increasing pucker after the finish, but not overwhelming. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly sticky/saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is an excellent gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, rose hips, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Great balance between the Lacto, raspberries, and rose hips; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Fruit does not dominate the beer, still tastes like the style intended. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a crystal clear pomegranate color with a finger of pink foam that dissipates instantly. Lots of strawberry and raspberry in the nose with some light sulphur notes. Smooth with a young berry tartness that permeates the palate. Highly drinkable with good raspberry that lingers with a nice tart, tingly finish.
