75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 22. Hazed golden amber, white head. Lovely bristling floral acetic character with wandering barnyard elements. It's nice, but comes across almost like a base beer where further fruit or herbal additions would've benefited it more.

Bottle from RAD. Appearance - Nose - barnyard and horse blanket. Orange/lemon. Taste - lemon, funk and dry wood. Palate - light bodied and dry. Very persistent finish. Overall - not as sour as expected but dry and funky all the same.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Nose has orange, lemon, barnyard funk. Taste has a mineral note, more citrus, natural white wine vibe. Dry and funky finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yaron's place. Hazy golden. Funk, fruitiness, earth, a bit of manure, sourish, some citrus, a bit floral, fresh. Good.
