The slightly drier, tart notes of the cider blend balance beautifully with the sweetness and body of the honey. This cyser is a tribute to our home state's beautiful fall days and our fine community of fruit growers.

Bottle, 375 ml at Miro B's Grande tasting. Batch 1. Shared with him, Max and JFK10000. Clear golden. Honey, apples, sweet, some nice fruity tartness. Easy drinkable for what it is.

On tap at Schramm's, pours a clear golden blonde. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, wildflower honey, and a spicy note. Flavour is more than could be expected given the concept, with spicy apple skins, wildflower honey, and some crispness. Given that it's an apple mead, this is as good as could be expected. Probably the least impressive Schramm's product, but still pretty damn great.

Small pours; a very harmonious combo of sweet & tart apples with moderate honey sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, alcohol perfectly masked
