Tap at Gulp, Singapore. Poured almost black in colour with a thin off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light herbal. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, chocolate, earthy, herbal, vanilla, light liqourice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught@City Hospoda, Turku. Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, syrup and some alcohol to it. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate, some alcohol, nuts and a bit vanilla. A little bit too sweet, otherwise nice.

Brune foncée/noire, col épais crémeux moka laissant un léger doré huileux au verre.
Arôme au bouquet marqué de chocolat, pointe de vanille, grains/malts, petite touche noisette/pistache avec de fines effluves de douceur vanillée, de surcroît aidé par l'ajout de lactose. Le tout reste chargé en chocolat avec un rétro rappelant les noisettes grillées.
Palais est complexe, profond au niveau des notes de chocolat (petite amertume) avec ce côté cacao oscillant sur la fève de tonka. Retrouve une touche de pistache qui procure cette sensation coque. Pointe de chaleur en fin de bouche, légère douceur de la vanille, je note aussi un côté plaisant biscuité et ce retour d'une légère amertume chocolat noir.
Finement sirupeux en fin de bouche, l'ajout de lactose se note sans être srufait et sans tomber dans le côté pastry sour - mais il aurait facilement pu être enlevé de la recette. La pistache est balancée avec l'apport de choclat.
