Knightly in Orlando was closing out of old sours, bought a 2016 750 for $2. Mojito glass at home. Clear raspberry iced-tea colored brew, quick to fall soda head. Astringent cherry berry, lightly vinegerized, sharp nose with a hint sweet tobacco & pleasant oxidation. Good start but a touch simple here. Taste is very sharp cherries over a tart blueberry foundation. Mellow oxidation masquerading as tobacco earthiness again. Surprised by the amount of fruit still evident. Some decent floral funk & more prominent vinegar sourness creep & continues to creep in on the tail. Berry skin astringency, slight chem & Sourhead pucker stamp any lingering memories till my tongue gets numb. Carbonation is as strong as ever. Very cool that this bottle was still way drinkable. It's not nearly as good as the raspberry or noir but it is still pretty nice.

On tap at Uno Chicago Grill in Hamilton, NJ. Translucent purple color. Small pink ring. Fragrant aroma of sweet blueberries and cinnamon. Tart berry flavor upfront. Slightly vinous in nature. The immense blueberry flavor dominates the palate and is balanced nicely by the light maltiness and oakiness from the extended aging.

(Bottle, 2016 vintage, 8.5%) Reddish amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, red fruit, oak wood and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with blueberries, blackberries, lemon, pink grapefruit, oak wood, vinegar and a dry and tart taste. Almost full body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a generous acidity and a rich blueberry character. Very nice.

Bottle @ HenrikSoegaard tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich berries, lots of sourness, citrus, fruits and a nice sour finish. Yummy!

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Strong sour and berries notes. Long nice sour fninish. Creamy palate.
