Bottle, two months after bottling. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with a massive head. Aroma is zesty, herbal hops, with floral notes and some citrus, as well as pale malts with bread, toffee and honey. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter, zesty hops, with pine, citrus peel and floral notes, as well as malts with bread and toffee. Lingering zesty finish. A damn fine interpretation of a German style pilsner in my book, and deserves better than being categorized as a pale lager. This is how lager should be! Will buy this again, in spite of exorbitant pricing.

11.11.2017, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry floral, hay, flowers, weeds, light malts, minerals, grass, moss, paper, hints of metal tank. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, leafs, grass, light malts, paper, bark, flowers, hay, cereal. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh floral mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Boring.

Bottle from Gulating. Slightly unclear pale golden body with a big white head. Aroma is grain, pale malt, flowers, hint of citric fruit and fruity yeast. Flavor is mild pale malt, flowers, light citric fruit, moderate bitterness that gets a bit harsh when the glass gets some heat. Medium body and average aftertaste with more evident bitterness. Not my favorite style but seems to be a rather decent version of a classic pale lager. Nothing extra going on and no faults detected. The bitterness feels very well balanced, particular when getting some more temperature.
